Mike de la Rocha, bestselling author and artist, has teamed up with iHeartMedia to launch a new podcast called Sacred Lessons. This groundbreaking show, which kicks off on November 10, 2025, promises raw, honest conversations about masculinity, healing, and emotional transformation.
Hosted by de la Rocha, the podcast will delve into themes such as brotherhood, fatherhood, grief, forgiveness, and generational healing.
De la Rocha’s debut episode features comedian Jerry Garcia, whose career spans from the stages of Huntington Park to HBO and Netflix. Garcia, a father of three, uses his comedy to navigate vulnerability and healing.

In their conversation, they discuss how humor fosters emotional openness, how culture shapes storytelling, and how fatherhood shifts perspectives.
